Shipping

Currently we offer shipping within Australia and New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other countries at this stage.

Please note our office is currently unattended on Friday’s so we will be in touch the following Monday in relation to any queries or orders.

Cost of Shipping

Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, whilst New Zealand is $20 AUD. We offer free shipping for all Australian orders over $99.90 AUD. We do not offer free shipping to New Zealand.

Delivery

Once your order has been finalised you will be sent an itemised confirmation email. All orders will be dispatched within 2 – 3 business days. Delivery times are estimated between 3 – 10 business days depending on your location within Australian and New Zealand. All standard parcels will be shipped via Australia Post or Courier depending on the size of the parcel and location. All parcels delivered by courier require signature upon receipt.

Tracking Your Online Order

All orders shipped with Australia Post will automatically receive an email containing tracking information.

All other orders should be delivered within the estimated delivery time. Please contact us via email if you do not receive your order or have any queries concerning your delivery.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Paypal which can all be used through our website. Unfortunately, we do not accept Afterpay.

Exchange or Return of Product

Yes, if for some reason you are not happy with your Indus product we are happy to exchange it. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchange sale items for change of mind.

Returned goods must be sent within 14 days in the original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return shipping is at the customers cost. We highly recommend products are sent via prepaid registered post.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We pack and send our goods with care. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via email info@indusdesign.com.au or on (03) 9646 8811 within 14 days to organise a replacement or full refund.

Product Information

Indus takes great care to ensure each product is created using premium natural fibres that are built to last. Our Baby range is safe for your child, as we use 100% cotton for all our baby blankets, hats and muslin wraps. Our toys and cushions meet all Australian safety standards and are suitable for your child to play with and love. The baby blankets, play mats and muslin wraps are all machine washable in cold water.

Our scarves are predominately screen printed by hand using traditional methods. The intrinsic beauty of the fabric weave is revealed when the colour and design is applied. Please refer to washing instructions for each scarf as the delicate nature of some fibres requires dry cleaning only.
